NRD Systems is an information system development and project delivery company with core competences in state tax systems and state registry modernization. Company was incorporated in 1998 and since then has created over 100 state registers and information systems in more than fifty countries worldwide. NRD systems is a part of NRD Companies corporate structure. The company headquarters are in Vilnius and Kaunas.

NRD Systems specializes in business, state, property, mortgage, licenses, citizen‘s and other registries and tax information systems design and development. Integrated services provided by NRD Systems include full development cycle of state of art registry systems, organization capacity building and critical operations support.

NRD Systems together with its group companies are implementing state reforms, drafting legal acts, creating and merging separate registers into a common system, designing and implementing new systems focused on customer activity and infrastructure requirements.

Most of the projects run by NRD Systems have a strong impact in emerging economies. Digital transformation helps to improve the business environment, increases the opportunities for residents and businesses to use various financial instruments, promotes more transparent and efficient process management.

Achievments

In April 2020, the State Tax Inspectorate has opened updated Electronic Declaration (EDS) wizard for Lithuanian residents. The Personal Income Tax declaration system is based on international experience and consumer expectations. It was implemented by NRD Systems, which won a public tender and developed software part of this systems. 

NRD Systems together with other NRD AS, INVL Technology companies (Etronika UAB, Algoritmu Sistemos UAB and Norway Registers Development East Africa Ltd.) started implementation of the project known as “Consultancy Services for Development, Installation, Implementation and Commission a Virtual Fiscal Device Management System (VFDMS) in Zanzibar”. The main objective of this project for companies is to develop an Electronic Fiscal Device Management System, based on virtual technology, that will be used for issuance of fiscal digital receipts by taxpayers for every sale transaction. The client - Zanzibar Revenue Authority.

NRD Systems has good regulatory experience in various parts of the world. The company's contribution reflects in the World Bank's Doing Business and other progress indicators. This is well illustrated by the World Bank's “Starting a Business” Liberia index, which rose significantly to 38th place in 2013 (from 88th in 2009). The indicator shows that these figures were influenced by the “one-stop shop” principle.And this principle was implemented by NRD Systems in collaboration with the country’s government.

ITELLECTUAL CAPITAL

Company’s Integrated Management System complies with LST EN ISO 9001:2008, LST EN ISO 14001:2005 and ISO / IEC 27001:2013 standard requirements and is applied to information systems development, training and technical information systems support product realization and support processes at NRD Systems. 

NRD Systems has also developed a Unified Registry Platform (URP) that includes automation of standard processes and is easily adaptable to changing needs.This platform not only allows to quickly offer a working solution for the customer, but it also helps to easily adapt the field processes for the needs of different countries.URP improves the availability and efficiency of services for businesses and investors. It provides a basic registry service based on a final solution that can be tailored to the specific requirements of the customer or the legal basis.
