In February 2011, Positor UAB became BAIP Group UAB.
In 2014, INVL Technology separated from Invalda LT (now Invalda INVL).
In 2015, INVL Technology AB was merged into BAIP Group UAB, which assumed all the rights and obligations of INVL Technology AB and continued operations under the new name INVL Technology AB.
In July 2015, INVL Technology placed a 10-million-euro share issue in a “new economy” offering which was the first of its kind in the Baltics.
On 27 July 2015, Norway Registers Development AS acquired 80 per cent of the shares of ETRONIKA.
On 22 February 2016, Norway Registers Development AS established a company in Rwanda.
On 29 February 2016, FINtime UAB was established.
On 18 March 2016, Inventio acquired 100 per cent of the shares of Algoritmų Sistemos.
On 20 April 2016, INVL Technology acquired 100 per cent of the shares of Estonia-based Andmevara. This company also has a subsidiary in Moldova – Andmevara SRL.
On 14 July 2016, INVL Technology obtained a UTIB licence. The company’s management was transferred to the asset management firm INVL Asset Management.
